Product Description
The MAGNARO® Rope Stopper is designed for safe and reliable use in tanker and marine applications. Developed in accordance with the latest MEG4 (OCIMF Mooring Equipment Guidelines), it is applied in a double line configuration to ensure controlled load transfer between mooring lines and winch. The blended construction of HMPE and Polyester combines very high strength and low elongation with enhanced grip and abrasion resistance.

Application
The rope stopper should be installed on the mooring bitt or close by, maintaining tension on the mooring line giving the crew the opportunity putting the mooring line around the mooring bitt when removed from the warping drum or capstan.
